For Dual Meets and the RCSL City Meet, coaches pick which events swimmers compete in.  The 2024 Polar Bear Plunge is a great opportunity for swimmers to compete in events that they pick!  It’s also a great chance to enjoy a morning on the mountain at the beautiful Monte Sano Swim Club.  Warmups start at 08:00am, and concessions will be available for cash only.

For invitationals, there is an entry fee.  The Monte Sano Invitational fee is $2 per swimmer plus $2 per event.
