Stroke clinics are great opportunities to get hands-on, individual instruction on technique for different swimming strokes and turns.  Tori Keramidas is hosting a clinic for the Sharks, and participation is limited, so sign up now!

4:00pm-4:30pm: Zebra and Lemon Sharks; starts and freestyle
4:30pm-5:00pm: Leopard and Hammerhead Sharks; flip turns
5:00pm-6:00pm: Tiger, Great White, and Mako Sharks; flip turns, open turns, and butterfly
