Breaststroke is the oldest of the swimming strokes.  It is also the hardest stroke to learn, but it’s this coach’s favorite!

• For Cookiecutter and Lemon sharks, we will introduce the breaststroke kick (frog kick) and breaststroke arms.
  
• For Leopard and Hammerhead sharks, we will work on the sequence and timing of the stroke, and we will introduce the underwater pullout.

• For Tiger, Great White, and Mako sharks, we will work on timing, sprint technique, and underwaters.
